CLA Game Fair - 18/19/20 July 2014

The CLA Game Fair (Country Landowners Association) celebrates the Great British Countryside and is the event not to be missed by any country enthusiast. Held in the grounds of the magnificent Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire, this year’s show attracted around 143,500 visitors over the 3 day event.

Fuelwood enjoyed a particularly large stand at this year's event and we were able to exhibit the full range of our own kindling and firewood machinery, as well as examples from AMR, Japa, Mowi, and Lucas Mill. The Heizohack HM8-500K chipper on display looked particularly at home coupled up to a forestry-spec Valtra tractor kindly loaned to us for the event by Lister Wilder.
Bathed in glorious sunshine, business on the stand was brisk with many new contacts being made.

Larger land owners and estate managers are increasingly becoming new Fuelwood customers as many are now seeking to capitalise on the commercial woodfuel opportunities from their woodland and are investing in kindling, firewood and woodchip machinery.

The show brimmed with country enthusiasts, politicians and celebrities keen to enjoy the huge range of attractions and for all those who came to see us, thank you.
