SKOG 85 :

MOWI's Skog 85 forestry trailer (8 tonne) is aimed for lighter forwarding and handling of pulp, firewood and smaller timber. It can also be used to solve other lifting and transport problems, which can be found on a farm. The 85 can be specified with either the MOWI 2046 or 300 cranes.

SKOG 105 :

MOWI's mid range 9.4 tonne forestry trailer is aimed for frequent work in thinning and final felling operations.

The function and performance of this equipment is comparable with a smaller forwarder.

Skog 105 standard fit is a Mowi 300 crane, optional fit is the Mowi 400.

MOWI's professional 11 tonne forestry trailer is designed for heavy forwarding and handling, in thinning and final felling operations.

The function and performance of this equipment is comparable with a medium size forwarder.

Skog 125 has as standard the Mowi 400 crane optional fit is the Mowi 4567 crane.

TRAILERS WITH HUBMOTORS

Driven forestry trailers from MOWI are equipped with hub-motors for 2 and 4 wheel drive.

The driven motors are designed to run continuously off road at a max speed of 3.5 km/hour.

A driven trailer in combination with a 80 - 110hp tractor can be compared with a small forwarder.

CRANES

All of the MOWI cranes including the 200, 250, 2046, 300,400 and 4567 can be purchased separately for mounting on your own equipment, 3 point link mounting is also available.

GRAPPLES

Various grapple configurations are available in different sizes. By using alloy steel the grapple weight has be kept to a minimum whilst retaining high strength.

ROTATORS

Two types of rotators, both continuous turning, exist as standard fit either the FR-7 (max 2 tonne lift) or FR-10 (max 4 tonne lift).
All MOWI equipment can be supplemented with various fittings such as winches, extra bolsters, support legs, brakes, tyres etc.
