We have just taken delivery of the Heizohack Pallet chipper, it converts our unwanted and broken pallets into valuable wood chip which we use on our wood chip boiler.
The Heizohack SPE1300 breaks the pallets down including nails into a wood chip suitable for G30/G50 specification boilers.
It is simply loaded by hand and then the operator can walk away while the SPE1300 goes to work, it is relatively low noise and low speed, it runs in an automatic mode, automatically starting when a pallet is loaded, it automatically responds to overload by reversing the cutters when needed and shuts down when the pallet has been processed.
The output augers can be specified to suit customer installations, meaning the unit can be installed to suit existing boiler or recycling plants.
The nails and other metal contained in pallets can be removed if needed by installing magnetic separators to the output.
