The firewood processor TITAN 40/20 Gen2 premium for larger quantities of firewood is a compact, reliable and mobile solution. It is also environmentally friendly because it requires no lubrication and the leftover wood after cutting and splitting can be recovered for further processing. Logs with a diameter of ø 40 cm are cut with WIDIA saw blade and split into 4, 6, 8 or 12 parts at the same time. Splitting force is 20 t.

Environmentally friendly firewood processor TITAN 40/20 premium is cutting logs with Tungsten tipped circular saw from cemented carbide resilient to foreign materials that cuts logs in the shortest time possible. Furthermore, it requires no lubrication with oil that could be dispersed in the environment. Because of completely mechanical operations, the firewood processor can also be used in more demanding conditions. Telescopic hydraulic lifting table for logs up to 4 m is available for easier work. The drive is possible via PTO, electric motor or a combination of both.

Key Features:

	CARBIDE TIPPED CIRCULAR SAW A 1000mm diameter and cutting diameter of 40cm and thanks to its resilience to foreign materials in the wood and the shape of its teeth, the tungsten carbide circular saw will cut through the log with an incredible speed. The movement of the circular saw, including the adjustment of the cutting speed, is hydraulically controlled.
	POWERFUL LOG GRIPPER Firmly holds timber whilst cutting, positioned near the sawblade to allow a short last log to be cut
	LARGE 20 TON SPLITTING A powerful 20ton splitting force ensures the hardest of timber are split, the pusher also has a large area to minimise twisting as logs are being split
	ADJUSTABLE LENGTH STOP & TRANSFER The log length stop is adjustable and automatically retracts when the saw blade is cutting. After cutting the sawn log is moved across to the splitting area. greatly reducing the twisting of short length logs.
	ADJUSTABLE EASY CHANGE SPLITTING KNIVES The splitting knife is adjustable to cater for different diameter of logs splitting combinations available :- 2-4, 2-6, 2-8, 2-12
	HYDRAULIC CONTROL The gauges show the system pressure of the auxiliary functions and the splitting pressure. Controls include: on/off switch and emergency stop switch: conveyor belt speed control: operation of hydraulic control levers and splitting speed setting. Due to these properties, the processor can be used even in more demanding conditions, and its maintenance is easy.
	TELESCOPIC HYDRAULIC LIFTING TABLE An option to be able to lift logs up to 4000 mm (option).
	PRESSURE FILTER A pressure filter with a clogging indicator prevents dirt from entering the control valve. The clogging indicator on the filter indicates whether it has a proper flow (coloured green) or is clogged (coloured red) and needs to be replaced.
